Che Mason is a versatile, well respected, and resourceful global HR leader and consultant who is passionate about transforming business, project, and HR outcomes. Proven success developing business strategy with senior leadership and driving it through to systematic operational implementation internally and with major contracting partners. Extensive experience establishing and optimizing HR functions as well as navigating complex matrix organisations across a variety of sectors including professional services, mining, and energy.


Career extending across a variety of sectors with globally recognised brands including BHP, BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance, Opal Packaging, Global Energy Technical Resources Pty Ltd, ENI Group, Commerce Queensland, and Australian Industry Group, Domestic and international expertise in Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Libya, Kazakhstan, and Australia.
